The Martensville Community Access Centre is YOUR connection in our community. We strive to create and facilitate programs, resources and services that are relevant to the members of our vibrant and growing community. We house a local resource centre with information about our community and a variety of topics including education, employment, legal resources, health resources, family resources, and a local job bank. Fall is quickly approaching!!

Fall is approaching very quickly, and we are very excited to be planning lots of great activities in our community! Keep an eye out for your Martensville Messenger coming right to your mailbox at the end of August! It will be full of great news from the summer and information on upcoming fall activities. The Fall Recreation Guide will be included with your newspaper, or you can find it online already at here. Have a great School Year to everyone heading back to school!

Our Ah-Ha! Homework Club and Baby Babble/Toddler Talk Programs will begin in October. Storybags are available any time for a small membership fee. Drop in to check out the resource centre or find out more!

Canada Day a Huge Success!

The weather was beautiful for our Canada Day Celebrations on July 1st. Not a drop of rain fell, and families enjoyed an afternoon of great family friendly activities - crafts, games, scavenger hunt, and plenty of prizes and Canada flag tattoos for all. The day was completed with the highlight of the event - a great fireworks show and an outdoor movie theatre featuring the brand new movie "How To Train Your Dragon".
The Martensville High School Cheerleading Team had a successful barbeque, raising funds to support and expand the cheerleading program here in Martensville.
THANK YOU to all of the volunteers who shared their time and energy to make this event a huge success.
We hope to see everyone out again on July 1st, 2011!!
